I used to be 100% involved in client deliverables, even though I was paying a team to do it! Now I’m only involved in about 20% of client deliverables and hitting $50K - $60K months consistently. Most importantly, my clients feel well taken care of and I’m building a team of amazing employees who love our clients and this company as much as I do!
Through Nicole’s support, I was able to delegate client delivery, take maternity leave, and eventually have enough time to grow my personal brand. In 3 years of working with her, I went from an annual revenue of $45K to $350K. Nicole is amazing at being both heartfelt and strategic about helping you reach your goals.
